Das Netzwerk Protein Power fördert Wissen und Zusammenarbeit für die Versorgung der Schweizer Bevölkerung mit pflanzlichen Proteinen aus Schweizer Anbau.Das Netzwerk ist offen für alle, welche in der Herstellung und Vermarktung von pflanzlichen Proteinen arbeiten, eine beratende Funktion einnehmen oder sich persönlich dafür interessieren. Aktuell sind im Netzwerk über 80 Menschen aktiv.
