Johannes Busch is a professional in the life sciences and animal nutrition business of Evonik, Germany, currently as business development manager of Evonik’s AMINONIR® analytical service.
He is further developing the NIR-based real-time legume and cereals ingredient precision analytics solution package from feed to food applications. The work involves identifying and developing innovative solutions that enable nutritional and processing quality of agricultural raw materials like legumes, pulses and cereals for human nutrition.
Johannes has been with Evonik for over 25 years. In previous roles Johannes established and lead business development and sales of Evonik feed additives (primarily methionine) in the region Middle East and Africa and served as innovation and business project manager.
Prior to Evonik, Johannes managed crop protection research at DuPont (now Corteva) in France, based on his academic core experience gained in the USA, Germany, and Turkey. Johannes holds a PhD in Entomology and Agricultural Systems from The Ohio State University and a Diploma (MS) in Agricultural Biology from Hohenheim University.
