LeguNet
As part of the nationwide protein crop strategy, LeguNet continues the work of three networks on pea/bean, lupin and soya and pools knowledge of all grain legumes. Crops that are rarely cultivated in Germany, such as chickpeas and lentils, are also integrated into the network, because climate change is increasing their potential of cultivation. LeguNet aims to enhance the degree of self-sufficiency with grain legumes in Germany.
