Ein mikrobiombasierter Ansatz ist vielversprechend f\u00fcr die Umgestaltung von Lebensmittelsystemen, jedoch stellt die volle Aussch\u00f6pfung dieses Potenzials eine Herausforderung dar, da ein tiefgreifendes Verst\u00e4ndnis der Mikrobiome fehlt. Das Projekt wird vom AIT Austrian Institute of Technology (AIT) koordiniert und bringt 17 Partner aus 10 L\u00e4ndern zusammen, die in Forschungszentren, Universit\u00e4ten, spezialisierten Non-Profit-Organisationen und dem privaten Sektor t\u00e4tig sind.
